Overview

UltraCEM with UniDAS installed includes everything needed to meet EPA requirements.  Any web browser can be used to monitor the UniDAS and create needed reports.

Realtime Data

The realtime data page includes DAS calculations along with all the emissions measurements in a single view.

Report Generator

The report generator creates all needed types of reports, including Extended Emissions, Excess Emissions, Availability, Alarms and Calibration.  For the emissions report it includes 1-minute, 15-minute, 1-hour and 24-hour averaging.

Connectivity

The UniDAS can acquire measurements from external instruments.  The data can be acquired from analog input, digital inputs or using OPC.  The acquired data can be included in the Emissions log, checked for alarm conditions, and recorded in the Calibration log.  The external instruments can also be included in the reports.
